Scope<\/strong><br\/>These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with La Complice des Rails.<br\/>By making a reservation, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions. Any potential deviation must be subject to a written agreement. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Reservations and Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>a) Booking<\/strong><br\/>Reservations are made online via our website.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>b) Payment and Security Deposit<\/strong><br\/>The reservation only becomes effective upon receipt of the full amount of the stay and the security deposit (or as per prior agreement).<br\/>A deposit of <strong>\u20ac250<\/strong> can also be paid within 4 days to the following account:<br\/><strong>BE78 3631 8484 7886<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The security deposit is refunded by bank transfer within 7 days, in accordance with the internal regulations available below.<\/p>\n\n<p>Breakfast via our catering service is an <strong>option<\/strong>.<br\/>The equipped kitchen allows you to bring your own drinks and food.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Cancellation by the client (after withdrawal period)<\/strong><br\/>Any cancellation must be made <strong>in writing<\/strong> (email or postal mail).<\/p>\n\n<p>Cancellation fees applied:<br\/>\u2013 More than 42 days before the start of the stay: <strong>30%<\/strong> of the total price.<br\/>\u2013 From the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day (exclusive): <strong>50%<\/strong> of the total price.<br\/>\u2013 From the 28th day (inclusive) to the 2nd day (exclusive): <strong>85%<\/strong> of the total price.<br\/>\u2013 From the 2nd day before arrival (inclusive): <strong>100%<\/strong> of the total price.<\/p>\n\n<p>A <strong>\u20ac30 administration fee<\/strong> is applied for any cancellation.<\/p>\n\n<p>We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance on your own.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refund for overnight stays can be claimed by the tenant, even in the event of strikes, riots, epidemics, or other cases of force majeure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>4. Reservation Modification<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The stay cannot be modified after your reservation.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>5. Cancellation by La Complice des Rails.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In case of cancellation by La Complice des Rails due to technical reasons or force majeure: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>either the deposit &amp; security deposit will be refunded;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>or an alternative date will be offered to best satisfy the client.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>6. Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The client is obliged to return the space in the condition in which it was found upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n<p>It is forbidden to take away or move any equipment, objects, or decorations provided.<\/p>\n\n<p>The client agrees to respect the check-out time (11 AM) and to have vacated the space by then; any hour started will be charged.<\/p>\n\n<p>Smoking is prohibited inside the loft; an outdoor area is provided for this purpose.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the event that glass fragments are found during the cleaning of the waste bag, an amount of \u20ac125 will be deducted from your \u20ac250 security deposit. (Please consider your safety and the safety of the cleaning staff). <\/p>\n\n<p>La Complice des Rails is intended for <strong>exclusive use by two people<\/strong>. Visits from external individuals are prohibited. Children, babies, and pets are not accepted. A parking camera with recording is in place to enforce this rule. If this rule is not respected, we will be obliged to proceed with immediate exclusion without the possibility of a full or partial refund, or with a total retention of the security deposit.    <\/p>\n\n<p>If animal hair is found during cleaning, <strong>we will retain 100% of your security deposit<\/strong>. Any forgotten item will be kept for 14 days and can be sent back to you by post for a flat fee or collected on-site after telephone arrangement. <\/p>\n\n<p>A welcome folder is available in the loft with all explanations.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, any potential damage, theft, or non-observance of these general terms and conditions for which the client may be responsible, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the security deposit equivalent to the damage incurred. Any damages exceeding the security deposit amount will be claimed from you, regardless of check-out.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>7. Guarantees and Liabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>We disclaim all responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that the client(s) may cause to themselves or incur while using our equipment or within the loft space.<\/p>\n\n<p>We remain at your disposal at 0471 567 459 for any additional information, availability, and reservations.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
